I needed to show some properties yesterday in North Tustin and Orange areas with my buyers.  The houses we say were very beautiful and mostly half the time the sellers try not to get in the way and it was seemingly staged for sale.  I wanted to get some inspiration on how they would spend that most lovingly care on landscaping to make it curb appealing.  Thumbs up for the pride on homeownership it makes the buyers feel it on what it would be like to live there potentially and it makes everything positive in spite of a gloomy day.

Seeing as I made a living off open houses the past couple of years. I always look forward to the short rainy season we have here in Southern California. It's a given that traffic at an open house on a rainy day here in So Cal is usually slower. However the prospects coming into the open houses on rainy days generally I find to be much stronger leads. I have had much success with rainy day open houses and have sold 2 houses That I have sat on in the past 3 years. I must admit putting the signs out is a little rough when it's coming down in buckets, but working with new clients is well worth it.
