The Inland Valley Daily Bulletin reported on Sept. 27 that Milken Institute rates the Ontario-San Bernardino-Riverside market as No. 3 among 200 large U.S. metropolitan areas in job creation and retention, ranking just behind Ocala, Florida, and Wilmington, North Carolina.It makes sense. More than 5,000 homes have been listed for sale in six cities along the 210-Corridor and in Ontario. So many people I come into contact with feel the market is going to drop in price anywhere from 25% to 50% before years end. This comes from the media shouting doom and gloom to sell papers.
