Hello Everyone, I just recently received a offer form a local broker in the Vallejo area and she was charging her buyer client a $699.00 FEE to do there paperwork. Did you know that agent is already being compensated to do this by the seller?  I have been selling homes in Vallejo CA 18 years and have never seen something that shrewd.
