This Sunday was such a great day to look at homes.My clients were running a bit late it made me wonder....When waiting for clients, who happen to be running late for a showing, what do you do? Small World Books: The Bookstore on the Boardwalk in Venice CA, my regular readers might remember I have written about this great independent bookstore before. It is such a great place right on the beach hidden in plain sight next to where all the tourist go to see Muscle Beach and all the freak shows.Not only is this an Independent bookstore but they are pet friendly. Needless to say the cat in the picture is the main attraction. Venice Real Estate Market Report from September to October 2015VENICE NOVEMBER 2015 MARKET OVERVIEW In Venice , CA  there were 16 single family home sales in November 2015, up from 15 in November 2014 and a 11% decrease from the 18 sales closed last month. The average list price for single family home sales in November 2015 was $2,078,313 almost matching $1,994,067 for November 2014. For the three-month period from September to November 2015, the average list price was 3% higher than the same period of the prior year. Average sales price for November 2015 was $2,079,847, compared to that of September through November 2015, which was $2,050,248. These results indicate that the sale price is trending up.
