ANOTHER DECREASE IN REAL ESTATE LISTINGS IN VILLA PARK CA The nearly non-existent inventory of homes for sale in Villa Park, California decreased once again on a month to month basis. This resulted in a 9.5% reduction in available properties from the end of August to September 2012. Nearly all real estate listings in Villa Park are standard sales, as foreclosure sales and short sales are very rarely seen in this wealthy and unique area of North Orange County. Due to the extremely low supply of homes for sale in Villa Park, and an increased demand, prices have begun to push higher. However, Villa Park real estate listings remained 23.5% higher in August, than the number listed at the end of January.
