  Boomers Candidates For Future Home Ownership? Or More Content to rent?   10,000 Baby Boomers will be hitting retirement age everyday for the next 15 to 20 years. Millions, me being one of them, currently own large 3 to 5 bdm homes with big yards and lots of ongoing maintenance issues. They're now starting to downsize by the thousands. Co-Signing Can Get You Into Trouble With Your Own Credit   I recently had a client who thought they had gold plated credit. They said they had  an 800+ credit rating and  had never been late or missed any payments on anything in their entire life. So I thought all was good and decided to move forward with them without an actual pre qual for the time being.   When we got to the offer stage on a property they wanted to purchase I told them that before we made an offer we should move forward with the pre qual. They seemed a little irritated and thought I didn't trust them but I told them that it would be bad for all parties should they make the offer, have it accepted and then find out they had a problem.   So they reluctantly filled out the credit app, submitted it to their lender who sai...

Baby Boomers Wealth Transfer Paradigm Shift Into Family Trusts Booming       There's no doubt about it. We're an aging Nation much like the rest of the World. As of 2014 the US population has grown to 323,444,162. Baby Boomers represent 76.4 million of that total or roughly 26% of the US total population.   While it doesn't look like most Boomers will outlive their retirements.
