Of the 5 Closed Sales in October 2012, only one was under a Million dollars while the highest sale was $3,540,000. Looking back to 2011 the highest sale was only $1,650,000. I'm a huge fan of West Hollywood and feel very fortunate to live here (when I'm not in Palm Springs). This week, in preparation for Gay Pride, the city started painting the crosswalks at the intersection of San Vicente Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard with bright rainbow colors. The City's website (weho.org) says: "June is recognized as Pride Month  by the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) community worldwide.
