Yorba Linda Home Buyer surprised me with a closing gift! Last night I was meeting a one of our newest home buyers to give her the keys to their new home. I had also brought with me a closing gift and their closing statement. We walked in the home and made a quick inspection to insure that it was completely vacant and acceptable. We began to talk and my buyer asked me to "hold that thought". She ran outside to her car and returned with a bottle of wine and  2 wine glasses.
