It is 7:30 AM and I am already in the office working away, not paying much attention to what is happening outside. A big whoosh, then several gently roars grab my attention and I look up to see an inflating hot air balloon out my door. The parking look just outside my office is the launching site for one of the four Napa Valley hot air balloon companies.         I go out onto my office deck and there are hot air balloons everywhere.
