~ Just another challenge ~ It's not a problem, just another challenge....like our real estate market.  I may have a broken foot, but I'm still plugging along.  I went to the orthopedic doctor on Friday for some new x-rays to make sure my foot was healing properly.  It was mostly good news.  My foot is on the mend, however,  I am going to have to continue to wear the aircast for another 2-4 weeks.  I have another appointment in 2 weeks for the same routine...more x-rays and an update.  So until then, I will keep the smile on my face, hobble wherever I need to go and continue to market my listings and search for homes that meet my buyers' criteria. Lead Paint Renovation Rule! Effective April 26, 2010 this Information for Real Estate Professionals and the public! Under the Residential Lead-based Hazard Reduction Act of 1992, Congress required EPA to develop regulations to address renovation, repair and painting (RRP) activities in single and multi-family housing and apartments built before 1978.
