 Yesterday two locations opened in the Denver metro area, and the Aurora location was "featured" in the local news.    There were lines everywhere around this drive-through, and the police had to break up some fights after some had waited in line for hours.    The police estimated there was at least a FOURTEEN HOUR wait! WOW, I tried this burger joint outside Colorado years ago, and was so unimpressed.   Why would anyone wait to sit in your car in line for that long???  Not sure what the draw is there.  A Double Double sounds like too much grease for me!

 When Buyers contact you from out of state, I get very excited, as Relocation is my specialty.   These buyers wanted to move from a Chicago suburb, and into the Denver metro area, but being fairly close to Denver International Airport, as they travel for work. The husband came once, and the wife came once, and gave them the "lay of the land", and we set up some showings, to give them an idea of what type of home is available in their budget. They made a decision on a new Lennar home that the previous buyer had canceled due to their home not selling.   This was their gain!   It was perfect for them, and we coordinated the closing of their home outside of Chicago, and the home here in Colorado.  Worked perfectly! It sure makes my day, when I get their review back --- and it glows!

  Most of Aurora CO is on remote learning due to many COVID cases with students and teachers.    Sunday and Monday Aurora received 4-6" of snow depending on what part of the City you live in.    It was only 6 degrees at 8 am. Aurora Public Schools decided on calling it a SNOW DAY versus remaining on remote learning. Many businesses were either on delayed opening on Monday and City offices. Things have changed, when I grew up and had to walk a mile to school, they only called a snow day when we got a foot or more!
