When many people hear of Berthoud Colorado, they often think of Berthoud Pass. Many skiers are familiar with this, but if you aren't a skier, you are missing a cute little town that I call my home town. Located just 40 minutes north of Denver (depending on traffic of course), is the town of Berthoud. I grew up there and love it's atmosphere. Berthoud Estates is located west of town off Hwy 56 and County Road 23. Many homes are nestled on at least 1 acre sites and many different custom homes. But don't worry, when you hear custom, you can keep your wallet. Many homes are priced from the high $200's to the millions (depending on your needs of course).
