This quiet little subdivision sits on the east side near the town limits. Some of the homes back up to open space. There are no thru streets so there is very little traffic. Most of the homes are ranch style with three bedrooms. On the east side of the neighborhood there is a wide open pasture that allows for good views of Cedar Mesa.
