  A few weeks  ago I decided to enjoy the last warm, summer like days by eating outside at one of my favorite neighborhood restaurants: Carlos Miguels Mexican Grill at Country Corners in the South West of Colorado Springs. There is a wonderful patio with sun umbrellas. Though the patio faces a pretty busy street, the noise never really bothered me much. I just enjoy being able to sit outside. The food is absolutely delicious and tastes fresh. The menu boasts a lot of traditional Mexican [restaurant] dishes like, quesadillas, enchilladas, and much more at great prices. Last week we have gotten more than a foot of snow here in Colorado Springs. This inspired my husband and I to pack up the Canon 7D camera and go for a Night-Snowshoe-Hike.
