The city of Colorado Springs has approved a new Habitat for Humanity development in Northeastern Colorado Springs. This new neighborhood will be called Woodmen Vistas and will consists of a little over 9.5 acres and have 3 building phases totaling 67 single family detached homes on lots between 3,325 sf - 13,210 sf.
