Gold Hill Mesa isn’t just another new housing development in Colorado Springs. It’s a community. I know there are other master-planned communities going in throughout the city that have that same claim. But none are anything like Gold Hill Mesa. It’s truly the only new housing development like it in the Pikes Peak Region. There isn’t a lot of new housing construction on the desirable Westside to begin with.
