The ski mountain has closed for the season and Spring is here, in spite of weather warning of more snow, right now the sun is shining high up in a blue, blue sky. We're experiencing continued increased activity in real estate and it would seem that buyers agree this is a good time to buy. They are looking and making offers. Vacant land is one of the hardest segments to get hit in this market and there are plenty of deals to go around.
