Fall Pictures Confluence Park Delta, CO 2015Over the years I've written quite a bit about Confluence Park. There's a lot to write about, because the park offers so much. You can enjoy getting back to nature on the wooded walking trails, or bring the family and friends and have a picnic. Fall is probably my favorite time of the year at the park. I love the fall colors against the Grand Mesa backdrop. The fall color reflections in the lake are pretty neat, too. We've had a beautiful extended fall season here in Delta County. That's about to end. Two Dog Parks are A Few of the Amenities at Confluence Park Delta, COConfluence Park really does have something for almost everyone. Even our four legged friends. There are two dog parks near the lake on the north side. There's a smaller fenced area for smaller dogs and a larger fenced area for...you guessed it...larger dogs. If you are traveling through the area, this is a handy rest stop for both you and your dog. Human restrooms are nearby, and your dog can get a break and stretch it's legs, too. The locals find the doggie parks very handy, and it's a great time to socialize with your friends, and others, while your dog has social time, too. Take some time to explore Confluence Park.
