We just listed a great condo at Miralago at Marston Lake. This is a gorgeous community that borders Marston lake and offers amazing amenities for a low HOA fee. Immediately after listing this home, several of our past clients contacted us to ask if Marston Lake is located in Littleton or Denver. This is a great question and one that comes up every time we sell a home in Miralago. Miralago at Marston Lake is officially in Denver. It will come up when you do any search of Denver condos. However, this complex is located half a mile south of Hampden off of Wadsworth. It's roughly 2 miles north of Southwest Plaza mall.
