Dry Creek Crossings is a luxury condo complex located at the corner of Dry Creek Road and Yosemite. It is located minutes from the Dry Creek light rail station and is 2 miles from Park Meadows and 3 miles from The Denver Tech Center. It's ideal location and its high end amenities made it one of the top new complexes for Englewood condos when it was built 7 years ago. However, during the past few years, there was a lawsuit involving the HOA and the builder. This lawsuit made financing homes in the complex a real challenge and caused the prices to fall.
