 Home sales and home prices both rose in February 2019 in Fort Collins CO, and while inventory fell slightly, the gain in home sales outpaced a nice number of newly available homes and moved the real estate market back into seller's market territory.  It's still a poor time to make predictions, but these results are in line with our general optimism concerning the spring and summer seasons.
