I saw this and it made me realize we have easily forgotten who is fighting for our rights. Whether you agree with the war or not. You would agree that these are the people who let our freedom stand or are completely volunteered. I have to say I have respect for those who want to protect our freedom. I will keep all those in the military in my prayers.

Colorado Spring Real Estate  Market Report for Fountain Valley and Fort Carson - Single Family Homes The Fountain Valley housing market continues to be a BUYERS Market, as there is currently a 7.8 month of supply of homes on the market.   A 6 month supply of houses on the market is considered a "NEUTRAL MARKET".   Sales units are down 17% from 2008 to 2007, but pricing is only down 5% from 2008 to 2007.   524 Single family homes have been sold in 2009 vs. 544 for the same period in 2008; a decline of 3.8%. So I am trying to come up with ideas for bringing in more traffic into my location. I wanted to ask all the Realtors ou there, what would benefit you guys to viewing a new home? What would bring you in? Are you afraid of losing clients to the sales of new homes? I utimately believe it is up to the sales of Real Estate and Realtors best intrest to work together and put a jumpstart in homes again. I thought it would be neat for all of us to brainstorm and come up with some ways. Le't band together instead of "every man for themselves" kind of thing. Just a thought..What do you think?

Sales Price Data: The Fountain Valley and Fort Carson Area Real Estate market saw a 2008 annual average sales price of about $172,716 and an annual average median sale price of $1167,992.
