Real Estate Report for Fountain ColoradoAccording to a recent article in the Gazette written by DeeDee Correll, the Fountain Code Enforcement Department has been on the lookout for code violations in the Fountain Valley Area. Home owners with homes for sale in the area have been upset by their neighbors tall weeds and lack of property upkeep. Fountain has taken on a pro-active stance on the issue and have been out looking for blatant code violations. The city wants to keep Fountains property values good and its image clean.
