Cabin sales have been slow but fairly steady over the summer months. Since last months Grand Mesa real estate market report we have seen some new cabin listings come on the market and other activity.  At this time there are seven cabins for sale. Another cabin is pending a sale.  Prices start at $175,000 and go up to $329,000. The average list price is $243,437, and the median list price is $234,000.  Four of the listings have come on the market in the last month.  Two cabins have sold so far this year. It's that time of year when the ice is melting off the lakes and most of the snow that remains on the ground is in the heavily wooded areas of Grand Mesa. After a snowy winter, the summer is finally here. I know it doesn't look like it from the pictures, but trust me on this.
