This is the April 2016 Real Estate Market Report for Greeley CO Sales:Home sales in Greeley rose sharply in March 2016 to 147 sales, up 44.1% from 102 sales in February 2016, and up 1.7% from 145 sales in March 2015.  We’re expecting to see continued strong demand from buyers throughout the spring and summer seasons. Prices:Home prices were essentially unchanged in March 2016 - the median sales price held steady at $250K from February, while the average price rose a scant 1.2% to $261K from $258K in February 2016.
