This is the August 2014 Real Estate Market Report for Greeley CO   Home sales increased substantially in Greeley in July 2014, to 198 homes sold, up 36.5% from 145 homes sold in June 2014, and up 46.7% from 135 in July 2013. As we near the seasonal turn to a slower market, it will be interesting to see where this goes in coming months. It could be an anomaly, or it could be that Greeley’s strength in available affordable housing is beginning to impact the regional market.   Prices moved upward in July 2014 as well.
