Here is the June 2014 Real Estate Market Report for Greeley CO   There were 136 homes sold in Greeley during May 2014, up 15.3% from 118 homes in April 2014, but down 1.5% from 138 in May 2013. Sales are lagging slightly from last year, but still showing a positive trend, as we would expect this time of the year.   Prices dipped significantly in Greeley in May 2014. Median price was down 15.1% to $185K, from $213K in April 2014, but up 2.2% from $181K in May 2013. Average price decreased 11.2% to $205K from $228K in April 2014 but rose 3.0% from $199K in May 2013.
