Bel air Neighborhood in Greeley is great central location- Close to shopping,parks,good schools,highway access, the Bel air neighborhood is a great central location in Greeley. Most of the houses in the neighborhood were built in the early 1970's and have different architectual designs. As opposed to the recent cookie cutter homes they build now. As an Inspector I have to watch for aluminum wiring and some asbestos products used in that era, but the are can not be beat. With the price of gasoline and crazy drivers, a nice centralized neighborhood just makes sense to live in.I have lived in this neighborhood for over a decade and really love it.
