Today is January 1, 2019 and with the turning of each year it is prudent to reflect on how you got here. Hopefully you didn’t overdo it last night, I have heard from many friends who have course corrected how they spend the night ushering in the New Year these days. Depending on where you are in your personal life and career, spending the first day on the New Year in pain, regretting how hard you partied can be a real wake up call. Our days of partying on New Year’s Eve are over, in fact it is harder to even make it to Midnight just to promptly go to bed immediately after. The crowds can be intolerable as well, depending on what event you may try to go to. Today we are wishing all of our friends and family a merry little Christmas. The forecast did not have a white Christmas in store for us this year, but it seems those days may have been behind us. It has been the case the past few years running. There is of course plenty of reason to celebrate, what with it being the official holiday all of sudden.                 In the Denver Tech Center there is a bar called Bar Louie.  It has been known for its crazy parties and its central location as a great place for those who don’t want to make the trek to Denver.  If you work in the Tech Center you will remember this bar as a staple for everyone in the area.  There are plenty of happenings going on here, but the New Year’s Celebration is one to look out for if you are considering staying in the area.  Working in Highlands Ranch property management we have had an event at Bar Louie once in the past.  We like to attend the Happy Hour’s there, and we find that a lot of our clients and support base will agree that the bar is a great atmosphere and location.                Their biggest party of the year will begin at 8:00pm and extend through...

                This week we will report the Tennis Holiday Break Camp that meets right before the rec centers will close for the holiday weekend.  This camp will be at the Westridge rec center on Friday, December 21st from 1:00 to 4:00pm.  This is one for everyone who has been keeping up with tennis throughout the entire year.  Our Highlands Ranch property management office is only 10 minutes away from the Westridge rec center, and at a minimum 10 minutes or less to get to the tether three.  We love the rec centers and we have heard from our many tenants in the area that these rec centers are one of the main reasons they chose to move to Highlands Ranch.                The holiday camp will have light refreshments for available purchase, as well as a lot of free water for anyone in att...
