  Highlands Ranch Golf Club Real Estate Update Highlands Ranch Golf Club Real Estate activity has been slower this year compared to 2008. Nine houses have sold compared to 19 houses in 2008. The Hearth Highlands Ranch Home SalesMid-year Real Estate Trends in The Hearth Home Sales in The Hearth Highlands Ranch in the mid-year mark show that the pace is slower than in 2008. Prices are holding fairly well but the average days on the market is creeping up.Hearth is one of the areas around Denver that you do not see a large fluctuation from low to high price points. Highlands Ranch Golf Club Homes ~ Sales June 09 Home sales in Highlands Ranch Golf Club are continuing in a slightly slower pace than in 2008. What is more significant is that the sold prices across the board - average price, median price and price per square foot - are all declining. In 2008 the average price per square foot was $196/sf and in the last 3 months the average price per square foot has not reached $170/sf. Only one house this year has sold for over $200/sf and that was a ranch style house, which typically sell for higher price per square foot. Lantern Hill Highlands Ranch HomesLantern Hill in Highlands Ranch is a smaller community of just over 200 single family homes. Lantern Hill is almost completely surrounded by another larger neighborhood Kentley Hills. The neighborhoods are separated by a greenbelt area with trails.
