Highlands Ranch CO Homes - sold homes activity report Despite stories about homes not selling or home prices dropping somewhere in the country, Highlands Ranch CO houses are selling. More in some price ranges than others. In the last three months (Nov 08-Jan 09), months that are usually slower for real estate sales, 181 houses sold in Highlands Ranch. 42% of the sold houses were under for $300,000. 72% of sold homes were sold for under $400,000. However nine homes are currently under contract. 99.9% of the houses for sale in Backcountry are new construction and some go under contract at early stages of construction. So the houses stay under contract for longer than the typical 30-60 days you see with resale houses. Six of the pending sales are priced at $1,500,000 or more. 14 houses are for sale in Backcountry. Weatherstone Highlands Ranch Real Estate  Market Report Jan 09 No homes sold in Weatherstone Highlands Ranch in January 2009.  January was a quieter month for home sales across Highlands Ranch and Douglas County. It is typical to see slower sales in the winter months. Right now six homes are for sale in Weatherstone. The listing prices range from $529,000 and $1,199,000. My first and my last bicycles were purchased at the Bicycle Pedal'r in Highlands Ranch.  The first and the last were actually the same one.  I'm a novice bike rider now although as a child I was quite experienced, but never had my own bike.  I rode my brother's bike. I have a Trek bicycle which I love.  A young man at Bicycle Pedal'r helped me pick it out.  He suggested it and after I very briefly tried it out I bought it.  The Pedal'r provides free life time service with every bike they sell.  This is a wonderful service for someone who is a stranger to the workings of these modern bikes.  I guess it's a pretty good service for experts, too.  The guys at the Pedal'r are always so helpful and I've never have to wait.  They are experts and have tons of tips on biking.  They can custom ad...
