This week, our team has had 2 clients win bids on Littleton HUD homes. This is exciting for our clients and we're thrilled to help them in the process. However, we have also had a couple clients lose several HUD and foreclosure bids on homes over the past month. Here are a few tips to help you make the winning bid on Denver HUD homes or foreclosures: Don't Ignore The Market If you're placing a bid on a foreclosure, research the recently sold homes in the area. If homes are selling for $250,000 in the neighborhood and the foreclosure is in decent condition and listed fo $220,000, the bank is not going to accept a bid of $150,000 - especially if the home has only been listed a week.
