One of the most common questions we receive from buyers in the south metro area, is "When will Sterling Ranch Homes in Littleton be priced at?" Well, we finally have our answer, sort of. An article in the Denver Business journal this weekend gave us our first glimpse of what hows in the area will be priced at.The first community in the development , Providenve Village Sterling Ranch homes, will include homes built by seven homebuilders and prices will range from the upper $300,000s to the mid $600,000s.From The Denver Business Journal:Providence Village will have nearly 800 homes and 85 acres of open space, with the first model homes opening late in the third quarter of 2016.
