Holiday Shopping in the South Denver Suburbs If you have lived in the south Denver suburbs for any length of time, you already know that there are great shopping and restaurant choices down here in the 'burbs - but I was pleased to hear that there is a website now promoting it as well. What a great experience rain camp was!  The presenters were both informative and funny, and I found out a few nuggets of information that I didn't know before.  The Inverness Hotel did an excellent job of keeping the refreshments flowing and provided a great after party with a free taco bar and happy hour pricing on the drinks. If they have more events locally, be sure and sign up quickly!

Lone Tree Real Estate - Carriage Club Home Sales Nov 09 Three houses sold in Carriage Club in November. All of them sold quickly putting the average days on market only at 14 days! One of the sold houses was a ranch style home that sold for more per square foot than typically a two story home would.
