This is the February 2015 Real Estate Market Report for Boise Village Loveland CO     With affordable newer homes in a convenient location, Boise Village is a very popular neighborhood, but activity has been very slow because of a lack of homes available for sale. In 2014, only 11 homes were sold, ranging in price from a low of $188,000 to a high of $259,900, with a median price of $225,000 and an average price of $221,232. The homes that sold did so quickly, with an average days to offer of 38 days and average days on the market of 69 days.
