This is the December 2015 Real Estate Market Trends Report for Loveland CO Sales:Loveland finally started showing signs of a seasonal slowdown in November, pretty much as previous year’s data suggested that it would - home sales dropped 46.7% to 135 sold from 198 in October 2015, but were up 6.3% from 127 sold in November 2014. We should see slower activity for the next several months.  Prices:Prices were mixed in November 2015 - the median price dropped 4.0% to $301K from $313K in October 2015, but average price rose 2.9% to $357K from $347K in October 2015. There is mostly residential development included within this zip code , along with some mixed commercial development, as well as extensive retail around the I-25/US 34 interchange and along US 287 to the north of the city center.
