Historically, a slight decline in July sales is not unusual - so far, 2015 looks fairly similar to 2014. We’ll be watching the coming months’ data to see if momentum declines or continues to be solid. Prices declined in July 2015, with the median price falling 4.1% to $302K from $315K in June 2015, and average price falling 7.8% to $344K from $373K in June 2015. This is the Loveland CO Real Estate Market Trends Report for July 2015 June 2015 brought another strong gain in Loveland home sales, with 233 homes sold, an increase of 17.7% from 198 in May 2015, and up 4.9% from 222 sold in June 2014. This is the right result for this time of year, and is indicative of continued strong demand from active buyers. Prices increased in June 2015, with the median price rising 8.6%, to $315K from $290K in May 2015, and average price rising 7.8% to $373K from $346K in May 2015. These numbers are just for those specific homes that sold in June 2016, and aren’t, by themselves, reflective of changes in value. This is the Loveland CO Real Estate Market Trends Report for June 2015 Loveland home sales increased strongly in May 2015, with 198 homes sold, up 20.7% from 164 sold in April 2015, and up 8.2% from 183 sold in May 2014. This is a nice result and gets Loveland back on the track of seasonal gains for this time of year. Prices, however, declined last month, with the median price dropping 10.7%, to $290K from $321K in April 2015, and average price falling 1.4% to $346K from $351K in April 2015. Keep in mind, though, that these numbers are just for those specific homes that sold in May 2016, and aren’t, by themselves, reflective of changes in value.
