This is the August 2014 Real Estate Market Report for Loveland CO   Home sales in Loveland slumped 9.9% in July 2014 to 202 sold from 222 in June 2014, and were down 9.4% from the 221 sold in July 2013. This is the first month-to-month drop this year, and it’s a bit early to be seeing it. But it’s also a bit too early to draw any conclusions from it, and a single month’s data can always be an anomaly.   Home prices in Loveland didn’t change much from last month. The median price declined 3.1% in July 2014 to $260K, from $268K in June 2014, but was up 8.3% over July 2013. Average price was essentially unchanged at $314K, but was up 6.1% from July 2013. Old Town Loveland This weekend we took a drive to Fort Collins. Fort Collins is such a beautiful city and Old Town Fort Collins is very popular. So popular that it is hard to find a place to park. The real estate market in Fort Collins Colorado is very competitive and can be very pricey around Old Town. This is the July 2014 Real Estate Market Report for Loveland CO   Loveland home sales jumped 21.3% in June 2014 to 222 sold, up from 183 in May 2014, and almost identical to the 225 sold in June 2013. Sales have been trending strongly upward since the beginning of the year, but still are lagging somewhat behind 2013’s strong showing.   Loveland home prices of homes dropped in June, 2014. The Median Price declined to $268K, down 4.5% from May 2014, but were up 3.1% over June 2013. Average price fell to $313K, down 4.5% from May 2014 but up 7.9% from June 2013.
