This is the August 2013 real estate market report for Loveland CO 226 homes sold in August 2013, a 45.8% increase from 155 sales in August 2012, and a 2.3% gain from 221 sales last month. At a time when we would not be surprised to see a seasonal slowdown begin, Loveland is showing some persistent market strength. As the graph makes clear, this has been a very good year for Loveland home sales. With sales remaining strong, it is not surprising to see gains in prices as well - Median Price rose 6.6% in August to $256K and Average Price was also up slightly to $300K.
