We’re now seeing mid-summer sales levels at the beginning of spring, and the April sales figure is the second highest of the last three years - confirmation that buyer demand continues to be very high.  Prices: Interestingly, the price of sold homes fell for the second month in a row - the median price dropped 5.7% in April 2017 to $336K from $355K in March 2017, and the average price dropped 6.2% to $371K from $394K in March 2017. This is the April 2017 Real Estate Market Report for Loveland CO Sales:Loveland home sales rose sharply in March 2017 to 195 sales from 99 in February 2017, a gain of 97%, and from 178 sales in March 2016, a gain of 9.6%. While we expected to see activity rise as we move into spring, we weren’t expecting an increase of this size. But we also note that February’s decline was also not what we were expecting. This is the February 2017 Real Estate Market Report for Loveland CO Sales:Loveland home sales declined in February 2017. falling 34.3% to 99 sales from 133 in January 2017, and down 21.2% from 120 sales in February 2016. This is an expected result due to the traditional seasonal winter slowdown, and while a bit steeper than recent February performances, most likely has little significance.
