Infrastructure improvements are generally great news for a subdivision. Although “Jackson Creek” is currently undergoing some major infrastructure improvements (Baptist Road) it hasn’t necessarily been good news, at least for the real estate market.Last November, El Paso County closed Leather Chaps Dr. for a couple of weeks. This is the primary and certainly the most visible entrance to the Jackson Creek Subdivision. Eleven months later the entrance has been reopened. The result for this community has been enormous.
