Parker Homes for Sale  - Market Update March 2016   The Town of Parker is Southeast of Denver approximately 30 miles with a population just over 47,000 (2012).    The City of  Parker is a quaint town that is commonly called a bedroom community.    It has the small town feel, yet has lots to offer.   You will find many locally owned businesses and restaurants.     Buyers looking for Homes for Sale in Parker will find sales in March 2016 saw a  significant increase in  sales from February, which is normal for early spring sales.  Last year looking at detached family home sales only, there were 158 sold in March 2015, which shows sales are down a bit from one year ago.  Listing inventory has increased slightly over the previous month.   Let's look at the sales data from the month of March ...

Things to do in Parker: Trick or Treat on Mainstreet 2015 We have lived in Parker, Colorado for close to 20 years. One of our favorite things about our town are the community events planned throughout the year. For the last 6 months we've enjoyed the Farmers Market on Sundays from 8am-1pm, Wine Walks on the last Friday of the month and Movies in the Park. Now with the weather turning colder and the holidays approaching, we have different activities to enjoy. This Saturday, Mainstreet will close for Trick or Treat on Mainstreet.
