 For quite some time, I have been working with web visitors that have a desire to "get out of the City", and be on some land, not squished into a neighborhood.    About a year and a half ago, these Buyers contacted me, and met them in December.    They went back to California to get their home on the market, then COVID happened.    They recently got their home SOLD, and we found this home for them!     They are thrilled with the "workshop area", and the acreage giving them some space between neighbors.  The RV parking, koi pond and the area were the selling points, along with the workshop. Working with a REALTOR colleague as the listing agent is wonderful, and knowing things will go smoothly.

 This home had instant activity soon as it hit the market, and had multiple offers.   There was one offer that stood out, so the Sellers accepted it.  The Buyers were totally unreasonable and terminated 3 days into the contract.  Again, back on the market for ONE DAY, and multiple offers.   This time we got the BEST buyers and the BEST Buyer's agent one could ask for.   The buyers are both nurses (not working with COVID patients) and they are expecting twins in August, and just LOVE this home.   Today they got their keys.  Congratulations, and my sellers are thankful to be rid of stairs now!  So strange to close this home, and NOT attend the closing, but just word it is closed and funded.  Now, off to their purchase closing!  10728 Kimball StreetParker, CO  80134Priced at $440,000 This ...
