The Denver housing market is crazy, and Cottonwood Parker Townhomes is no different. Don't read too much into the chart showing a "price drop." Laura and I were out taking photos and video clips for a few videos last week, and ran across the huge deer, and a whole herd of antelope.    This neighborhood is not in a rural area, maybe a couple blocks off a major highway just a few miles South of downtown Parker. If you look closely, the deer was to the right of the gate.   BTW, it hopped over that 6' gate like nobody's business.Here you can see one antelope and another on the left, but as I drove around the corner, there were at least a dozen but scampered quickly before I could snap a shot.
