I had a lot of help picking up leaves today. We ended up having to rake them several times since the kids jumped in them for over an hour. Big fun! We lost three bracelets and one wedding ring. Found them all. I'm pretty sure they all had a great time. Believe it or not they actually did help me get the leaves into the bucket. Parker Kids Playing in The Leaves. The Timbers at The Pinery has had a great year in home sales considering the current status of the overall real estate market. This report is generated from public records from sales data received from January 1, 2009 to September 27, 2009. All the homes here are SOLD and closed. I think this is just another reminder that the Douglas County Real Estate market is relatively strong compared to the many other areas around the Denver Metro.   Double Angel Ballpark is a memorial to the two sons of Dr. Dixey here in Parker, Colorado. For Double Angel Tournaments or Field Reservations call Tony Collins at 303-980-6463. There are two full sized artificial turf fields with concessions at the facility.The Park and Facilities were built through donations to the Double Angel Foundation.   The Stonegate neighborhood in Parker Colorado was severely hit with a hail storm in early June. Over the next week we were repeatedly pounded with afternoon hail storms, rain and high winds. Many homes and cars were damaged and insurance claims are a daily occurrence. Hail storms are not new to our area but the devastating hail we did receive was uncommon. For the small section of Stonegate that I live in I do know that of the 7 homes that filed claims 5 of us so far have been approved for new roof replacements. Today they are working on replacing our roof so I thought I would share a few photos below. The mess and especially the noise makes working out of the house impossible. We did choose the $25 all day pass as I didn't want to go back and buy tickets all afternoon.I was a little disappointed with the rain and lightening each afternoon but it really didn't start until just about the time we were ready to leave. I haven't seen it this crowed in years. There were by far more people here this year than last. Maybe because fewer people are traveling because for the economy? Just guessing. If you live in Stonegate or plan on buying a home for sale in Stonegate you better know the watering restrictions. Yep we still have watering restrictions even though we haven't had a drought in several years. No worries, I think everyone is fine with it and I truly do believe that we need them since my yard looks great and I don't water half as much as I probably could. No watering before April 15th or after October 15th, 2009. Even addresses [ending in 0, 2,4,6,8,] can water on Sunday, Tuesday and Friday. Odd numbered address [1,3,5,7,9] can water on Monday, Thursday and Saturday. NO Watering on Wednesdays. Watering is allowed between the hours of 7PM and 8AM only on your designated watering days.
