Ok, sometimes I get a little crazy. After living here for 12 years, and being in the Real Estate Business for awhile, I started wondering... what is it about the Red Feather Lakes area that would make people want to live here? Why would someone want to move here? Build here? I hate to say this, but the honest answer was,"I don't know". I can already hear the cries of indignation "Love it or leave it", but I DO love it: my question was "Why?" I started to panic, thinking if I didn't know why I wanted to live here, how in the world was I going to find any buyers who wanted to? What does this area have to offer? " Nothing"?
