Love Story...Here in the Rain  #3  (contest) Sometimes a love story isn't about people but what their imagination can bring to the world. My clients had used an Exclusive Buyer's Agent on other occasions and sought my services for their quest of a new home in our paradise called Westcliffe, CO. They explained they were both good at 'fixer-uppers'.  It took me the better part of a day to 'get on the same page' with their intentions and desires. Love Story...Here in the Rain  #2  (contest) Several years ago I had a buyer from out of town...about 3 hours away. He and his wife came down the first time to meet an Exclusive Buyer's Agent and learn what I could do for them.  They hired me to work for them and we spent 2 days looking at vacant land.  Not finding what they liked they returned home with a promise to return in a few weeks. Their visits came about every 3 weeks and this continued for about 3 months.   Finally, he called and asked me would I be willing to drive around and let them show me properties they liked...with the understanding I would contact the owners to see if anyone was willing to sell? We spent almost a full day driving around with me noting properties they liked.  We had a nice dinner before they drove home ... 02/27/2014

Love Story...Here in the Rain  #1  (contest) Sometimes we see people get taken advantage of and it rips our hearts out. This starts as that story but let's add a happy ending! Everyone knows I am an Exclusive Buyers Agent and I DO work hard for my buyers. This story starts with a previous buyer for whom we found a great home and made an offer.  I thought the home was over-priced but everything else looked good.  We made an offer and allowed 2 days for acceptance. Toward the end of the second day I contacted the listing agent only to be told he was waiting on the seller's response.  The end of the 3rd day we were told the sellers 'rejected' our offer.  I found that buyer another property...and that's another story.
