  Ocwen Short Sale - Now what?? Westminster, CO - Wow, we worked a short sale to a successful closing with Ocwen!!  Yes, they do tend to have a very unusual way about them.  To complicate matters, they have located their Loss Mitigation Dept to INDIA!! It just adds to the nonsense you will deal with when hoping to resolve a delicate situation of stopping a foreclosure, by performing a Short Sale! Ocwen will take the opportunity to work HAFA, and that part was great, but then they like to throw a curve ball at you.  In this situation, they decided to change the short sale approval letter by not allowing seller concessions, after the fact! 2012 Economic Outlook in the Broomfield / Westminster, CO Areas!     Westminster, CO - As fall looms on the horizon the 2012 Economic Outlook in the Broomfield/Westminster real estate market continues to show improvement over 2011. Through August/2012 Broomfield/Westminster single family home sales are UP 13.12% compared to through August/2011; attached unit sales are UP 6.68% for the same time periods; the overall market is UP 12.13%. I had the please of attending a workshop held in Noah's Event Center in Westminster, CO.  Being in the real estate world in Colorado I've been to a lot of different meeting rooms and event centers.  We average 30 days of training a year so that's a lot of burnt coffee.  Noah's was a completely different experience.  From the rich finishes to elegant rooms and spaces you'll notice a difference too.   While walking in I noticed a couple who appeared to be in the beginning stages of planning their wedding.  Photos on the wall showed happy couples who have taken their vows on the premises and they looked exquisite.  The level of detail on their website will help guide you in your decision to booking a room here but I know you'll get so much more from speaking with any of their knowledgeabl...

When you are looking for Mountain View homes for sale, not all "mountain views" are created equally. Westminster CO – The Stop Foreclosure Institute recently received a question from Will. Here was his question. “I am thinking of short selling my house. There are some problems with the house. I know that most home buyers get a home inspected before they buy it. Do I have to tell them about the problems? Or, should I leave them for the inspector to find? Will.” Here was our answer. There are times when a buyer's lender or the title company may require an ILC (Improvement Location Certificate). It is kind of a mini-survey. What happens is a surveyor will go out to the property and assess it per the legal description of the property. They will then diagram the property. They can determine things like the house, out buildings, fences, driveways or walkways encroaching on neighboring property or neighboring improvements encroaching on your property, easement encroachments, flood zone encroachments, etc. from those measurements. We have been very... busy... working very hard.. to hammer out contracts. For some odd reason, I had the song.. If I had a hammer...I'd hammer in the morning, going through my mind.
