  Trail Side, Westminster, CO, Stanley Lake, Westminster Condos, 80005 Trail Side is a neighborhood on the border of Arvada and Westminster in Colorado.  This are is unique because it features both single family homes and town homes within the same community.   The single family homes in Trail Side were built in the late 1970s to the early 1980s and are contemporary, ranch and bi level in style.  These homes range in size from just over 900 square feet to just over 1,600 square feet, 2 to 5 bedrooms, 1 to 2 bathrooms and price from the mid 100s to the high 200s.
