Posting a listing on Facebook can result in interesting comments.  One of my FB friends shared my recent listing of a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Westminster for $165,000 on her page, and these are the comments that popped up:   OMG, in CA you can buy a corner in someone’s garage for this money.   SO funny, and here I am thinking holy wow! That’s so much for such a small place!  Our 4 bed, 2 ba + office + game room (over 2200 sq ft) house will be listed at 135K. Crazy the price differences around the country! Just amazing   In SF 2-bedroom apt is $2,000,000.  In Palo Alto no house is sold under $1 million and it can be a tiny and very old hut. "An Anniversary To Remember!"     Westminster, CO - Today is a day for me to remember what happend exactly 8 years ago.  Not that I really do need a reminder, but I will share it with others! On May 25, 2005, while playing "Men's Doubles" in the USTA Tennis League match in the Parker area, southeast of Denver, during the 1st set I was having a heart attack.  NO, it was not how bad I was playing, it was an actual heart attack!! After, an eventful ride with the paramedics, who got lost in the school parking lot while trying to get me to the Hospital, I did finally make it into surgery in about 45 minutes after the 911 call was made!!  I was very impressed, while having a very discomforting chest and forearms pain!!  We arrived at Skyridge Medical Center, they were fantastic folks, there!!...
